Disadvantages of Flash Technology
While there are some advantages to flash technology, there are several disadvantages to it as well.
Websites that feature Flash tend to take longer to load than those that do not. If the website takes too long to load, potential customers are lost.
Huge disadvantage is the requirement of a flash player to be installed for flash bits. If the flash player is not installed the user will have to download the player and then watch them. This is very inconvenient.
Use of flash on the website makes it difficult to optimise for search engines. In fact, some search engines will not be able to scan the content that is created with flash. As a result, the website ranking on search engines will be low.
Flash sites cannot be accessed on most of the mobile devices, Smartphone and tablets.
Of late since most of them access websites using mobile applications, it is a big No to have a website with flash technology.
Considering these it is always advisable not include/use flash websites.
